w00t, a new submission 
I feel like I haven't submitted for a while and it's been only about 1-2 weeks?
Anyhow, this is a submission for #Bishie-Central's OC's and Fanart Contests 2012, which I entered the fanart portion to draw a character in a historical costume.
Thus, here, we have Neji dressed in a Native American outfit. I had to look for reference to an outfit that I wanted, so pardon me if something is off ^^ I chose Neji because I really enjoy drawing his hair (no tying it in the back lol) and I think he wears it really well. This is the 2nd pic of him that I've drawn.
